| You
cannot read the book correctly; you can only see part of it. |
The
resolution of your monitor needs to be changed from 640 x 480 to
at least 800 x 600 |
| The
characters of the book are large, the pages don't end correctly
and some lines are cut in half |
As
happens with paper books, Chess Multimedia needs to have
appropriately sized characters in order to be read correctly.
The problem is easily solved in two ways:
Open Internet Explorer and in the View menu click on Text
size and select Medium. If this doesn't solve the
problem carry out the following procedure: Click with your
mouse's right button on your Desktop and select Properties
then Settings then Advanced and in the Character
Size box select Small characters.

| On
the screen with the list of moves of the exercises, the first
character of the move that indicates the type of piece is "strange"
and not what you would expect! |
There
are problems with the figurines that indicate the type of piece.
The remedy is to click on the Options icon to enter the
options configuration screen. Select the panel for the Font
nd in the hang-down menu select Letters and not Figurines. |
| During
the running of Chess Multimedia you never see filmed animations;
in particular at the beginning and at the end of the sequence
some black screens appear that disappear by themselves after a
few seconds or after pressing the ESC key. |
If
your PC has problems during the viewing of animated sequences,
Chess Multimedia gives you the chance to exclude them in the
following way:
- Go to the
configuration screen in Options and choose the Animations
panel. Then choose the option that you are not interested
